Is there a volume bonus?
Yes. Every 3 successful people you bring in earns you an additional $100. That is $450 in referral rewards plus a $100 bonus — $550 USD total.
How do referrals apply?
They open your personal referral link and complete a short application. Their application is automatically credited to you.
Can I track progress?
Yes. Your private portal shows when someone applies, interviews, gets hired and moves toward the 3-shift, 14-day and 30-day reward checkpoints.
