Privacy
We collect the information submitted through the referral and application forms to attribute referrals, review applicants, communicate about opportunities, track hiring milestones, prevent duplicate claims, and administer referral rewards.
Referrers can see aggregate activity and limited candidate progress in their private portal. They cannot see candidate email addresses, phone numbers, application notes, or internal review notes.
Private portal links act like passwords and should not be shared. Application and referral data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is available only to authorized administrators.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, reply through the same channel that directed you to this site.
